Role Overview
As an Admission Counsellor at ASD Cyber Security and Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students by providing detailed information about courses, internships, and training programs tailored to their interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with students through calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to provide appropriate guidance on educational opportunities.
- Identify students' interests and recommend suitable programs accordingly.
- Follow up diligently with potential students to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Assist applicants with the admission process and the submission of necessary documents.
- Collaborate closely with training and accounts teams to ensure smooth enrollment and batch coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of student data and track communication progress.
- Meet weekly and monthly admission goals and prepare corresponding reports for management review.
- Support marketing initiatives, including webinars and events, to boost enrollment efforts.
- Communicate class schedules and any updates effectively to enrolled students.
- Ensure that all communications are handled with professionalism and confidentiality.
