Role Overview

This position combines counselling, admissions support, and front desk responsibilities. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for students and parents and will help convert enquiries into admissions while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visiting students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
• Explain JEE, NEET, and Foundation course options to prospective students and families.
• Respond to admission enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct visits.
• Track up leads with interested candidates and support conversion of enquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Maintain enquiry logs and keep CRM or Excel records updated accurately.
• Manage front desk activities and help coordinate appointment schedules.
• Deliver strong customer service to ensure every visitor has a positive experience.

Preferred Profile

• Strong spoken communication in Hindi, along with basic English ability.
• A confident, polished, and professional personality.
• Good persuasion and counselling abilities.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools such as MS Office and Excel.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a goal-driven setting.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is INR 1,75,000 to INR 4,00,000.
