Role Overview
We are looking for an Administrative Director to support our corporate office by managing a broad scope of office-related duties. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, flexibility, and autonomy, managing performance and operations for up to 15 office personnel.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and conduct data analysis tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- Oversee and monitor office staff performance for a team of up to 15 employees.
Qualifications
- MBA degree is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of experience in office administration.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in data entry and analysis.
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
- Demonstrated reliability, hard work, and motivation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Six-day workweek, Monday through Saturday.
- Annual salary of $175,000.
