Job description

About the role

As an Administrative Business Partner, you will be a key support person for the team’s day-to-day operations. The role calls for someone who can stay a step ahead of leaders’ needs, keep projects moving, and handle administrative and operational issues before they become obstacles. You should be comfortable adapting quickly in a fast-changing environment and using knowledge of current products and services to provide thoughtful support.

This position also requires strong organization, sound judgment, and clear communication so you can work effectively with people across different teams and levels of the organization. Administrative work in this environment is highly collaborative and directly contributes to the productivity of the people you support and the broader business.

Minimum qualifications

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a technology company or international setting, including core tasks such as travel coordination, expense processing, calendar management, and office/facilities support.

Preferred qualifications

  • 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive leadership in a corporate environment, along with experience managing small projects and events from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, refresh, and organize calendar schedules and meeting preparation for leaders or teams, with some direction.
  • Handle expense-related tasks and reporting support with guidance as needed.
  • Evaluate office space requirements and help advocate for those needs with some support.
  • Coordinate internal and external programs and events, including logistics and collaboration with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.
  • Arrange travel-related tasks with some guidance.

Compensation and benefits

Individual pay is based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, and applicable education or training. In the U.S., the role offers a base salary range of USD 79,000 to USD 113,000, with a 15% bonus target, plus equity and benefits.

Additional information

This position is not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship.
