About the Role
The Administrative Business Partner III plays a crucial role at the core of the team's operational activities, ensuring smooth progress by anticipating and resolving administrative and operational challenges. This position requires agility to adapt within a dynamic environment and proficiency with current Google technologies to strategically support team initiatives. Strong organizational skills, business judgment, and effective communication across various job functions are vital.
Key Duties
- Coordinate and maintain calendar schedules and prepare meetings with minimal supervision.
- Manage expense reporting and approval processes independently.
- Evaluate and coordinate office space requirements with little oversight.
- Plan and manage logistics for internal and external programs and events in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Handle travel arrangements and coordination efficiently with minimal guidance.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of administrative experience in a technology-focused or international setting handling core duties such as travel, expense management, calendar administration, and facilities coordination.
- Preferred six years of experience supporting executive leadership and managing small-scale projects and events from inception to completion.

Compensation
Annual salary ranges from $96,000 to $138,000 USD, accompanied by a 15% performance bonus target, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits.
