Role overview
This opportunity is for an experienced Administrative Business Partner to support a Director with senior-level administrative and operational coordination in London. The position is offered on a 12-month contract, running until May 2027, and follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days each week, from Tuesday to Thursday.
What you will do
- Manage a complex and fast-moving calendar with accuracy and foresight.
- Organize meetings, align attendees, and ensure all logistics are in place.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and handle related coordination.
- Track, prepare, and submit expense records.
- Build and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support important business projects and day-to-day operational priorities.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience assisting senior leaders, directors, or similarly senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organization and communication abilities.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.
- Comfort managing several priorities at once in a busy environment.
- Ability to work independently while dealing with confidential matters carefully and professionally.
Additional details
Location: London Area, United Kingdom.
Work pattern: Hybrid, with 3 days onsite each week (Tuesday to Thursday).
Contract length: 12 months, through May 2027.
