Overview
The role of Administrative Business Partner is central to the smooth functioning of your team's daily operations. You will anticipate the needs of your managers and colleagues, helping them concentrate on their work by proactively addressing administrative and operational challenges. This requires agility in adapting to a dynamic environment and staying abreast of the latest technological tools and services offered by Google. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and business judgment skills are essential for effective interaction across diverse teams and roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting effectively, with some oversight.
- Evaluate and support the requirements for office space.
- Organize and coordinate logistics for both internal and external events and programs.
- Prepare materials and meetings for executives or teams, receiving some guidance.
- Maintain and update calendar events accurately, with occasional supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in technology or international settings, handling core tasks such as travel coordination, expense management, calendar oversight, and facilities support.
- Fluent communication skills in English to facilitate client relations within the region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Five or more years supporting executive-level personnel, including project and event management from initial planning through completion.
- Experience providing support at director-level positions.
- Expertise in managing administration tasks that include navigating multiple time zones, arranging travel, handling budgets, and managing complex diaries.
