Role Summary

The Administrative Assistant position with Exploren is central to keeping platform data accurate, organised, and dependable. The role involves data entry, quality checks, onboarding new assets, creating customer accounts, and confirming asset details on external platforms. It supports smooth day-to-day operations by working closely with internal teams and outside partners to maintain a reliable customer and stakeholder experience.

The Exploren team partners with sales, customer support, product development, and operations to make sure data remains correct, new assets are onboarded efficiently, and platform performance stays consistent. This work supports EVSE’s broader role in sustainable mobility infrastructure.

Key Accountabilities

  • Enter data accurately and on time in Exploren systems, while carrying out regular quality checks and fixing data issues.
  • Set up and manage assets such as chargers, locations, and configurations, along with customer accounts and access permissions.
  • Handle day-to-day account administration and support requests, including resolving queries and completing follow-up tasks.
  • Review and confirm asset listings on third-party platforms so information remains correct and visible.
  • Keep thorough records of onboarding steps, updates, and quality control work.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve mismatches and keep tasks moving.
  • Assist with reporting and extracting data from internal systems when needed.
  • Help improve onboarding workflows, administrative processes, and product-related enhancements.

Key Stakeholders

  • Customers: assist with account setup, admin requests, and platform queries to create a smooth experience.
  • Sales and Account Management: coordinate closely to ensure new customers and assets are onboarded accurately and on schedule.
  • Support Team: collaborate to solve account and data issues and keep information aligned across systems.
  • Product and Engineering: flag recurring data quality concerns and share practical feedback to strengthen platform performance.
  • Third-Party Partners: communicate with roaming networks and other external platforms to keep asset listings current, accurate, and easy to find.

Qualifications

  • Some prior experience in administration, data entry, or sales/operations support.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, with familiarity with SaaS platforms considered an advantage.
  • Excellent accuracy and a methodical approach to quality control.
  • Well organised and able to juggle several tasks and deadlines at once.
  • Comfortable using software platforms, web-based tools, and spreadsheets.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the confidence to challenge unclear or inconsistent information.
  • Interest in the EV charging sector, or a willingness to learn quickly about the industry.
