Role overview
This position supports Private Banking teams with a broad range of administrative and operational tasks. The role helps keep daily workflows running smoothly, upholds a high standard of client service, and enables relationship managers to deliver a premium experience to high-net-worth clients. It suits someone who is highly organized, careful with details, discreet, and able to thrive in a busy, client-centric setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end administrative support to Market Heads and the wider Private Banking group
- Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, organize travel, and prepare materials for discussions
- Act as a central contact for internal stakeholders and, when suitable, clients
- Draft letters, presentations, reports, and client-facing communications
- Keep records, files, and client information accurate and up to date in internal systems
- Protect confidential information with a very high level of care and judgment
- Support ad hoc assignments and initiatives aimed at improving processes
- Partner with the marketing and communications team on client campaigns, including gifts and entertainment budget management
- Take on additional duties as needed
Requirements
- A minimum of a diploma, or an equivalent level of relevant experience
- Prior experience in administrative support or executive assistance, preferably in financial services, private banking, or wealth management
- Strong planning and prioritization abilities, with close attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills in both writing and speaking
- Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with banking platforms is an added advantage
- Capable of handling several priorities at once and staying effective under pressure
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-service mindset
- Self-driven, reliable, and collaborative in team settings
Additional information
This is a one-year contract role based onsite in Singapore. The role is designed for someone comfortable working closely with private banking teams in a fast-moving environment and supporting premium client service delivery.
