Job description

Overview

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and confidential Personal Assistant to support the senior leadership team within the Vodka and Tequila Global Category Team. Located at 3 World Trade Center in New York, NY, this role requires providing critical administrative and coordination support to three Level 2 leaders and one senior leader, helping optimize time management and prioritization in alignment with Diageo’s key objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate efficient management of leadership schedules by coordinating complex diaries and prioritizing engagements to protect focus time and ensure meetings are purposeful and actionable.
  • Organize and manage logistics for high-profile meetings, including virtual and in-person gatherings, leadership forums, conferences, travel arrangements, visa processing, accommodations, catering, and visitor coordination.
  • Maintain precise administrative processes, including handling purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and Concur entries; organize and manage documentation and pre-meeting materials; provide rapid, discreet support for urgent leadership requests.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven success in providing personal or team assistant support at a senior leadership level, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite including Teams, Co-Pilot, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with robust digital literacy and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday is beneficial.
  • Previous experience supporting teams across multiple geographies is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
