Overview
Join a leading global organization as an Administrative Assistant within the Administrative & Workplace Services (AWS) team, supporting critical business enablement functions that maintain organizational efficiency. This role involves collaboration across multiple teams to supply necessary knowledge, resources, and tools that help the company provide exceptional client service, compete successfully in the marketplace, and support sustainable growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client engagement management including tracking and reporting time and expenses.
- Assist engagement teams with financial processes, provide reports, and manage billing.
- Create and format documents and presentations adhering to company branding guidelines.
- Organize travel arrangements including air and ground transportation using company online platforms and coordinate related logistics.
- Coordinate meetings and events including technological and catering requirements.
- Respond to customer requests nationally within a team environment and actively anticipate client needs to exceed expectations.
- Occasionally work overtime as required.

- Experience working in professional services firms.
- Familiarity with AI applications and tools.

Competitive salary based on performance and experience within the range of CAD 52,000 to CAD 78,000 annually (Toronto).
