Job Overview
Based in Al Bahiya, Abu Dhabi, Henan D.R. Construction Group seeks a skilled Administration & Government Relations Officer to manage government liaison activities and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. This role requires expertise in visa management, wage protection, and corporate compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of employee visas including applications, renewals, cancellations, status updates, and Emirates ID processing.
- Coordinate with relevant UAE government authorities regarding labor, immigration, and regulatory matters.
- Administer and ensure accurate, timely processing of salaries via the Wage Protection System in accordance with UAE legal standards.
- Manage issuance of work permits, labor documentation, and obtain necessary government approvals.
- Supervise company registration processes, trade license issuance, renewals, amendments, and related corporate paperwork.
- Maintain liaison with governmental bodies and regulatory agencies to uphold company compliance.
- Monitor expiration and renewal schedules for visas, labor cards, trade licenses, and key statutory documents.
- Preserve precise records of all governmental transactions and company documents.
- Generate reports concerning administrative tasks and government affairs.
- Offer administrative support while ensuring adherence to UAE laws and internal policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a similar domain.
- A minimum of three to five years’ experience in the UAE in administration, government relations, or Public Relations Officer (PRO) functions.
- Demonstrated knowledge and handling of UAE visa processes, Wage Protection System administration, company registration and licensing, and navigating MOHRE, ICP, and other UAE governmental portals.
- Comprehensive understanding of UAE labor laws and procedures.
- Strong organizational aptitude with effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines.

- Work Location: Al Bahiya, Abu Dhabi
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Daily Working Hours: 8 hours per day
