About the Role
Montevideo Refrescos SRL (Coca-Cola Uruguay) is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Junior HR Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity based in Germany. This position is best suited for individuals passionate about human resources, employee engagement, and supporting HR processes within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR operations and administrative support activities.
- Assist with recruitment efforts including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records as well as HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures along with internal HR workflows.
- Address employee inquiries and serve as a resource for HR-related issues.
- Contribute to performance management, employee engagement, and developmental programs.
- Organize HR meetings, training sessions, and employee initiatives.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Ensure clear communication and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with managers and team members across departments.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts for HR processes and overall employee experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to entry-level and junior candidates.
- Between 0 and 3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, people operations, administrative roles, or related areas, including internships.
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts, recruitment processes, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent organizational abilities and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- High attention to detail with the capacity to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving work environment.
- Proficient problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, or HR management software is advantageous.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed, remote team.
- Fluent in English.
- Must reside in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time.
- Must be capable of working effectively in a full remote setting.
