Role Overview
Queen's Crescent School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Officer to deliver effective administrative support, ensuring smooth daily school operations. The position is permanent, part-time with 37 hours weekly during term time plus additional summer days, based at Windsor Close, Chippenham, Wiltshire.
Key Responsibilities
The appointed candidate will oversee various administrative duties including record maintenance, responding to enquiries, and providing excellent customer service to staff, pupils, parents, and visitors. Working closely with the leadership team, confidentiality and professionalism are to be maintained at all times, while managing priorities in a dynamic workplace.

Queen’s Crescent School, a two-form entry primary with over 400 students across 14 classes, became a single academy trust in 2014 and a founding school of Pickwick Academy Trust in 2017. Working Conditions
- Permanent part-time contract
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am–12:30pm and 1:15pm–4:30pm
- Term time including training days plus 5 summer holiday days (total 40 weeks/year)

- Salary Grade 12-14: £29,064 to £31,022 full-time equivalent
- Actual salary for part-time: between £25,640 and £27,368 per annum
