Job description
Position Overview
Evangel University's College of Online Learning invites applications from qualified professionals for adjunct faculty positions to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in various disciplines. Areas of instruction include accounting, economics, marketing, criminal justice, biological sciences, chemistry, allied health, English, and history. Adjunct faculty are engaged on a per-course contract basis according to institutional needs.
Qualifications
For undergraduate courses, candidates must hold at least a Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution, including a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in the relevant teaching subject. Graduate-level instructors are required to possess a terminal degree from a regionally accredited university with at least 18 graduate credit hours in their discipline.
Course Delivery
Undergraduate courses are delivered online in an accelerated seven-week format. Graduate courses are available in multiple formats depending on the program. The university employs the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) for course management and offers training for newly appointed adjunct faculty.

Applicants should submit a vitae containing required information via email. Transcripts will be requested only if necessary. Completing the online application requires filling all mandatory sections; changes cannot be made after submission.
