Role Overview

This part-time, on-site opportunity is based in Bonita Springs, Florida. The Ad Creative Specialist will develop, design, and deliver advertising creatives for digital channels such as social media, email, and paid media platforms. The role also includes generating campaign ideas, drafting ad copy, partnering with marketing and branding colleagues, and tailoring creative assets for different audiences and formats.

What You Will Do

• Generate fresh campaign concepts and turn them into engaging ad creatives.
• Create visually appealing assets for social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Write concise and persuasive copy for different digital placements.
• Work closely with marketing and brand teams to keep messaging aligned.
• Adapt creative ideas into multiple sizes, formats, and audience variations.
• Review campaign performance and use data insights to improve future creative output.
• Test different content approaches and keep improving based on results.
• Stay informed about golf trends, culture, and developments in digital advertising.

Qualifications

• Strong imagination and the ability to build creative strategies that support brand goals.
• Good branding and communication skills to preserve a consistent and recognizable tone.
• Ability to write sharp, clear, and persuasive ad copy for digital platforms.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing and social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, and Google Ads is an advantage.
• Basic design capability and familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software are preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Bonita Springs, FL and collaborating with a small team while juggling several deadlines.
• Interest in golf and golf culture, or the willingness to learn quickly, is a strong plus.
• Experience in advertising, content creation, or another creative role is preferred, though not mandatory.
