About the Role
We are a creative activations agency based in Sydney with 17 years of expertise, collaborating with some of the world’s top alcohol and hospitality brands. We seek an experienced Activations Manager to independently oversee client projects across two major global accounts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for a premium alcohol brand portfolio.
- Drive consumer promotions and brand activation campaigns from initial brief through to final execution, including coordination with creative teams, execution partners, legal and fulfillment processes.
- Maintain control over project timelines, budgets, approvals, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the in-house design studio and external production suppliers.
- Execute client-facing duties such as presenting campaign concepts, conducting work-in-progress sessions, and ensuring continuous project momentum.
Candidate Profile
- 2 to 4 years of experience within agency account management or production coordination.
- Background in FMCG, alcohol, hospitality, or consumer sectors is preferred.
- Strong project management skills characterized by organization, composure under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident client communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and manage client expectations.
- Genuine passion for the alcohol, hospitality, and on-premise segments.
- Must have the legal right to work in Australia.
