Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee loan-related financial operations, including EMI accounting and reconciliations. The role involves monitoring overdue payments, preparing detailed MIS and bank reconciliation reports, ensuring compliance with RBI and NHB guidelines, supporting audit activities, and maintaining precise financial records using Loan Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage loan receivables and execute EMI accounting along with regular reconciliations.
- Keep track of overdue accounts, monitor days past due (DPD), and assist with collections.
- Prepare comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports and conduct bank reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and National Housing Bank (NHB) compliance requirements.
- Provide support during audit processes.
- Operate and maintain Loan Management Systems to ensure accurate financial documentation.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Candidates holding any graduate degree with a specialization in B.Com, Accounting, Account and Finance, or Accounting and Taxation are encouraged to apply.
