About the Role
Join a reputable North Shore company supporting their busy Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing team during an intense project phase. Your role will be crucial in reducing backlog, handling customer inquiries via phone, and ensuring account details are accurate and current.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in a high-volume AR and Billing environment
- Manage and resolve customer queries through phone communication
- Clear Salesforce case queues effectively
- Allocate incoming payments and reconcile accounts
- Generate invoices and apply credit notes as needed
- Investigate account discrepancies and actively help to reduce billing backlogs
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing processes is essential
- Comfortable and confident in managing customer queries on the phone
- High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Capable of maintaining a fast work pace in a high-volume setting
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous but not mandatory
Offer Details
- Immediate start available with the possibility of contract extension
- Full-time working hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Onsite position located in Albany, including free parking facilities
