Opportunity
Pinnacle Health is looking for a dependable and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join its finance function in a permanent part-time position based in Hamilton, Waikato. This role suits someone who enjoys working with accuracy, takes initiative, and works well both independently and as part of a supportive team.
What you will do
You will oversee key accounts payable activities and help improve how the finance team operates. Your day-to-day work will include processing supplier invoices, managing creditor payments, keeping finance records accurate, handling reconciliations, and coding expenses correctly. You will also assist the wider finance team as needed and look for ways to make processes more efficient.
