Key Responsibilities
- Execute all accounts payable (AP) operations efficiently.
- Manage escalations, resolve issues, and take decisive actions.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), including reporting.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training efforts in collaboration with global training teams.
- Lead and manage the AP team effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
- Maintain communication regarding delivery challenges with the Operations Manager.
- Engage in daily client interactions and participate in scheduled calls and meetings with relevant teams.
- Ensure the team strictly follows internal procedures and policy guidelines.
- Implement transformation initiatives to enhance processes.
- Drive project leadership, ensuring adherence to timelines.
Educational Qualifications
Applicants should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
