About the opportunity

Ryman Healthcare is hiring an entry-level Accounts Payable Administrator to join its Christchurch team. This role is a strong fit for a school leaver, university leaver, or someone beginning a career in finance or administration. Full training will be provided, and the position is available for someone who can start as soon as possible.

What you will be doing

In this role, you will support the Accounts Payable function by handling invoice-related tasks accurately and efficiently, while working closely with colleagues across the organisation. You will be part of a team-oriented environment and will receive the training needed to build confidence and succeed.

  • Code and process invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Enter cash payments and invoice information with precision
  • Reconcile statements and bank statements
  • Work with village staff to obtain invoice approvals and respond to invoice queries

  • Previous administration experience is preferred
