Accounts Executive (Entry Level / Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Job summary

This role is for a driven Accounts Executive who will help keep everyday accounting work running smoothly. The position focuses on month-end closing support, reconciliations, record maintenance, and other core finance administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support month-end closing tasks and assist with preparing basic financial reports.
• Carry out bank reconciliations and draft journal entries as required.
• Help prepare, organise, and submit SST-related documentation.
• Keep accounting records accurate and maintain proper e-invoicing files.
• Handle data entry and check financial information for accuracy.
• Provide support for audits and related administrative work when needed.
• Take on other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Applicants can be fresh graduates, or have around 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good basic knowledge of accounting concepts and bookkeeping is needed.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are expected; experience with accounting software is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SST and e-invoicing will be beneficial.
• The ideal candidate should be careful with details, dependable, and open to learning.
• Experience using AI tools or digital accounting platforms will be considered a plus.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Singapore. The position is suitable for entry-level candidates and fresh graduates who want to build hands-on experience in accounting operations.
