Accountant

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled accountant to join our financial team. The accountant will be responsible for accurately maintaining accounting records and producing transparent financial reports that support decision-making within the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Record and verify all daily financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage payments and receipts.
• Reconcile accounting entries with bank statements.
• Prepare VAT and other tax reports in compliance with local regulations.
• Review and prepare budget reports and monitor expenses.
• Coordinate with internal and external audit teams and provide necessary documentation.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and internal auditing procedures.
• Enhance accounting and financial control processes within the company.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven practical experience in accounting with strong knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and financial reporting capabilities.
• High accuracy and ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and professional confidentiality.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable reports and practical recommendations.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
