Role Overview
This accounting position is focused on payroll-related processing and settlement activities. The role supports accurate handling of employee payments and associated accruals, with responsibility for ensuring calculations and documentation are completed correctly.
Key Duties
- Manage payroll-linked payment items such as ticket reimbursements, vacation payouts, end-of-service benefits, and business trip encashment.
- Calculate accruals related to vacation and end-of-service benefits.
- Examine documents forwarded by the HR team.
- Verify calculation accuracy before processing.
- Carry out payment processing for approved items.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree required.
- At least 3 years of accounting experience is needed.
- SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage.
- Any certification in Excel or Microsoft tools will be beneficial.
Skills Needed
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Working knowledge of labor law
- Ability to read and write in English
- Familiarity with labor law concepts
