- Work jointly with Sales to ensure billing accuracy from the initial invoice onward.
- Contribute to building a practical and scalable AR playbook tailored for a high-growth startup environment.
- Prepare weekly reports on AR aging and collection activities for executive leadership.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators such as DSO, collection effectiveness, and outstanding balances as personal success metrics.
- Support audit processes and maintain meticulous documentation for compliance purposes.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections roles.
- Familiarity and comfort working within SaaS, technology, or startup ecosystems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of AR workflows, collections strategies, and cash application methods.

- Highly organized with acute attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic setting.
Preferred Skills

- Background supporting enterprise or business-to-business (B2B) customers.
- Understanding of SaaS billing frameworks, contract management, and revenue operations.
- Competency in leveraging AI technologies to accelerate data analysis and reporting processes.
- Proven collaboration experience across Sales and Operations teams.
