Job Description

This role focuses on cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and drive profitable account expansion. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial interactions, overseeing the entire sales lifecycle from customer profiling and lead generation to proposal negotiation and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture lasting, trust-based customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention while achieving revenue targets through coordinated customer activities.
  • Act as the main liaison between the customer and Etisalat, taking full ownership of the client relationship.
  • Implement the overall sales strategy by creating detailed account plans that recognize the strategic importance of each client to Etisalat.
  • Proactively understand customer businesses, procurement processes, and decision-making criteria to anticipate and address current and future needs.
  • Identify, engage, and manage key stakeholders within the customer's organization involved in the purchasing process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, Etisalat's product and service offerings, and technological advancements.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including customer segmentation, strategic account planning, and opportunity identification.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales Support to craft customized sales proposals that meet specific customer requirements.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, finalize contracts, and successfully close deals.
  • Ensure seamless execution of sold services by coordinating with relevant internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Drive overall customer satisfaction by managing all client-facing activities and proactively suggesting service improvement initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive post-sales support and effectively resolve any customer issues or problems.
  • Oversee the complete processing of customer inquiries and complaints, working with internal departments to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Generate new sales leads and opportunities, prioritizing sales efforts and communicating potential risks.
  • Relay customer needs and requirements to appropriate internal teams for product and solution development.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional teams as needed to address specific customer challenges or requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in sales or key account management.
