Role Overview
Google seeks a dedicated Account Manager to support clients within the travel industry by leveraging Google's advertising solutions. This role focuses on synthesizing customer goals with innovative campaign strategies amidst the evolving dynamic marketing and AI-based travel landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with account executives, specialists, and cross-functional teams to oversee daily client and agency interactions, ensuring Google's advertising solutions align with their strategic business and marketing targets.
- Guide clients through the adoption of AI-enhanced and autonomous travel marketing solutions emphasizing first-party data, personalized user engagement, app-based strategies, and loyalty management programs.
- Construct and deliver insightful, data-driven recommendations and narratives to safeguard ongoing business performance and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Administer campaign execution, optimization, and account maintenance to guarantee high-quality and timely client project outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive expertise in Google's advertising product suite and travel-related offerings to effectively convert client objectives into practical campaign initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum academic qualification of a bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least two years' experience in fields including sales, business development, advertising, account oversight, marketing, or consultancy roles.
- Preferred expertise or keen interest in travel industry trends, including AI innovations, personalization techniques, and loyalty frameworks.
- Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform and core advertising products such as Search, Video, Display, and App advertising.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability to ambiguity, resilience, and project leadership acumen.
- Effective communication skills with a cooperative and results-focused mindset.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation packages are based on skills, experience, education, and related factors. For the United States, the salary ranges from $88,000 to $125,000 annually, with an additional 35% bonus target, equity options, and other employee benefits.
