Role Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager with a robust background in Telecom Sales who can expertly manage and nurture significant client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring a decade of experience encompassing sales, relationship building, and account oversight within the IT services sector, especially focused on Global Technology Centers (GCCs).
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage strong sales and account management skills to maintain and grow strategic partnerships within the Telecom GCC business.
- Engage deeply in selling solutions tailored for GCC environments, addressing complex service requirements.
- Develop and foster substantial and strategic client relationships that drive business growth.
- Apply solution-focused strategies to architect elaborate, multi-tower service agreements through collaborative efforts with partners and alliances.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 10 years' professional experience in sales and account management within IT services.
- Profound knowledge and understanding of the Telecom GCC domain and its business dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain large-scale, strategic client relationships in GCC settings.
- Proven expertise in navigating and shaping complex multi-tower service deals effectively.
