Role Overview
The company is looking for an experienced, driven Account Manager, Premium Service to join the Ticket Sales and Service Department. In this role, you will connect with leading businesses in the Phoenix area to manage premium club spaces, sell suite rentals and group opportunities, and grow revenue through renewals, referrals, cross-selling, and in-person meetings. A key part of the role is supporting current clients, improving their experience, and selling the full range of premium offerings.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients, schedule appointments, deliver renewal presentations face to face, and close sales.
- Conduct sales meetings both outside the office across the Phoenix area and inside the arena.
- Strengthen client and prospect relationships through networking events, speaking opportunities, one-on-one meals, game-day sampling, seat visits, and external meetings.
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, non-standard hours, and game days as needed.
- Meet activity expectations, including outbound outreach, appointments, and closed-sale targets.
- Bring a positive, team-oriented mindset along with a strong competitive drive.
- Use strong personal and professional interpersonal skills to present in person and influence decision-makers.
- Maintain dependable and consistent attendance.
Skills and Experience
- Proven success working in a collaborative environment and influencing C-level executives.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics and/or Ticketmaster Archtics is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic and a clear interest in building a career in professional sports.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
- At least 3 years of experience in sports ticket sales and service with a B2B focus; B2B service experience is a plus.
