Account Manager (North America)

Role overview

MyVenue is seeking an Account Manager to support customers across North America. The role focuses on understanding the needs of both new and existing clients, helping them get the most value from the product, and maintaining smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Primary objective

This position is responsible for nurturing long-term customer relationships, keeping clients satisfied, and spotting opportunities to grow business for MyVenue. The Account Manager will also manage strategic relationships with venues, food service providers, and other stakeholders using MyVenue point-of-sale solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong partnerships with customers while building a solid understanding of the MyVenue product.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Development, QA, Product Delivery, Venue Success, and Field Services to diagnose issues, suggest practical workarounds, and support product fixes and enhancements.
• Communicate clearly with venues and other stakeholders, document issues and special requests, and help drive resolution.

Required strengths

• Strong ability to build networks, manage relationships, and navigate complex situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to create and maintain trusted professional relationships.

Preferred background

• Prior exposure to the IT or SaaS environment is beneficial, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale operations in stadiums, arenas, and event-led venues is an added advantage.

Education

A bachelor's degree in business administration or another relevant field is preferred.
