Role overview
Red Hat is expanding its sales presence in Saudi Arabia and is looking to add Account Executives to the team. This role focuses on managing client relationships, uncovering business opportunities, and driving revenue through the sale of software solutions. It is limited to Saudi nationals.
What you will do
- Connect with customers on a regular basis to understand changing business needs and recommend solutions that support their goals.
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients and respond promptly and professionally to questions, concerns, and service issues.
- Create and present compelling sales decks, product demos, and proposals for prospective buyers.
- Lead pricing discussions and negotiate contracts in a way that supports deal closure and protects company profitability.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Keep CRM records current, including sales activity logs, customer details, and pipeline information.
- Share sales forecasts and performance updates with management to support planning and decision-making.
What you should bring
- Background as an Account Executive or in a comparable sales position focused on software solutions, with knowledge of the central government market.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets while selling complex solutions to large organizations with multiple decision-makers.
- Strong verbal, written, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust across client, engineering, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
- Good understanding of market conditions, customer priorities, buying processes, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
- Strong ability to present effectively and negotiate confidently.
- Clear commercial judgment and a solid grasp of sales processes.
- Comfort using CRM systems and other sales productivity tools.
Nice to have
Experience in the IT infrastructure space, along with an existing professional network in areas such as operating systems, middleware, virtualization, cloud, and systems management, would be an advantage.
