About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our rapidly growing Building & Construction team serving the Galway and Mayo regions. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and inclusive environment, where your insights and contributions will be valued. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, visiting job sites and offices to understand their unique requirements and provide customized solutions leveraging innovative tools, software such as ON!Track, Fieldwire, VanGateway, and various services from Hilti.
Managing your own territory independently, you will develop strong and lasting relationships, helping clients increase efficiency and safety on their projects. Your role involves consulting on-site and working collaboratively with clients at different levels, from site personnel to managing directors, focusing on problem-solving and delivering measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customers in your assigned territory, building and nurturing client relationships.
- Visit customer sites and offices regularly to assess needs and present tailored Hilti solutions that enhance productivity and safety.
- Manage your schedule autonomously while cooperating with the regional team to drive growth.
- Promote innovative and cost-effective products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as a subject matter expert within your region, driving meaningful change in construction practices through direct B2B engagement.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles in any sector.
- Possession of a valid full, clean manual driving license.
- Full legal work authorization to work in Ireland.
