Role Overview
Wolt is looking for an experienced, strategic Account Management Executive with a strong service-first mindset and an analytical approach. The position offers a varied and challenging opportunity within one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies.
What You Will Do
You will be part of the Account Management team, which plays a central role in ensuring success for existing restaurant partners and for Wolt in Germany. As the company grows in scale and scope, the account management function is expanding to match that growth.
- Manage your own portfolio of restaurant partners after onboarding and take ownership of the full post-onboarding relationship.
- Review portfolio performance closely and carry out regular checks on quality and partner satisfaction.
- Reach out to restaurant partners by phone and maintain ongoing contact.
- Provide analytical after-sales support to help improve merchant performance.
- Build strong relationships through consistent and clear communication.
- Track and report on account status.
- Introduce new services and marketing campaigns to existing partners.
- Act as a key communicator between Operations and restaurant partners.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and run campaigns together with restaurant partners.
- Continuously analyze the local market.
- Monitor competitor activity and share observations internally.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in German and conversational English.
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, project management, customer support, consulting, or marketing.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and adapt tone to different audiences.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and the ability to deliver an excellent partner experience.
- Good time management and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong ownership and a proactive approach to work.
- Familiarity with analytical dashboards such as Looker or Power BI, or with data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
