Role Overview
This position sits within the new business sales team and focuses on finding prospective clients, creating demand, and converting opportunities into revenue. The role is centered on outbound prospecting across the assigned territory, identifying the right technology approach for target organizations, and selling solutions that support hiring and talent development.
The work arrangement is hybrid, meaning duties are split between home and a company office on selected days based on team and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive proactive outreach to build a healthy sales pipeline and develop strong relationships with prospects.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and keep leadership fully informed about pipeline progress.
- Consistently close new deals at or above the assigned quota.
- Create and carry out a strategic territory plan, while capturing and sharing competitive intelligence.
- Support teammates through coaching, advice, and knowledge-sharing when improvement opportunities arise.
- Help define and spread the best practices that will shape the team’s operating model.

- Capture customer and market needs and relay those insights to product and marketing teams.
- Take initiative to solve problems beyond your immediate scope and step into extra responsibilities when needed.
- Look for ways to lead and contribute to the company’s broader goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong business-level fluency in English.
- Preferred: 1 or more years of experience closing sales.
- Preferred: Background in HR technology and recruitment solutions selling.
- Preferred: Experience working with SaaS opportunities and Salesforce.com and/or Dynamics CRM.
- Preferred: Familiarity with software contract terms and conditions and the ability to structure balanced transactions.
- Preferred: Strong negotiation skills and reliable forecasting capability.
- Preferred: Proven ability to win and close senior-level business in an evangelist-style sales environment.
- Preferred: Ability to evaluate opportunities using data and influence others with sound decision-making.
- Preferred: Ability to handle many prospect conversations at once while positioning products against direct and indirect competitors.
