Role Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for growing business through restaurant partners by developing strong, long-term relationships. This role involves managing current accounts, improving restaurant content, updating menus, and supporting revenue growth through structured account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review account performance regularly to spot opportunities that can improve revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Keep ongoing contact with restaurants and clients, offering proactive support and helping resolve operational challenges.
  • Handle restaurant content such as menus, delivery timings, and method of access settings to keep listings performing well.
  • Negotiate commission rates, strengthen commercial relationships, and renew existing partnerships with better offers where possible.
  • Drive income through advertising, brand promotions, coupon campaigns, and voucher sales, while securing restaurant menu photos and Talabat branding assets.
  • Promote digital adoption by encouraging the use of features such as order tracking, white-label solutions, online payment options, and other digital tools.
  • Track restaurant status on the platform and work with partners to fix issues affecting visibility or delivery operations.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date in Salesforce, including contact notes, activity logs, sales reports, and account analysis.
  • Participate in sales and marketing meetings and contribute to planning discussions and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a closely related area.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Comfort with deadlines and flexibility in working style.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good command of Excel.
