Join a team in Dublin that helps businesses unlock hiring and learning opportunities through talent-focused solutions. This position supports growth by identifying new prospects, managing inbound interest, and building relationships with target accounts across the Nordic market. The role is designed for someone who can balance commercial targets with a strong customer-first mindset.

The working arrangement is hybrid, meaning you will split your time between home and a LinkedIn office on designated days based on team and business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business by pursuing prospects with energy and a strong sales mindset.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Build pipeline through persistent outreach and convert prospects by acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Plan territory coverage strategically and keep competitive intelligence organized and shared.
  • Prepare dependable sales forecasts and keep leadership fully informed about pipeline progress.
  • Gather market feedback and share useful insights with product and marketing teams.
  • Support teammates through coaching, guidance, and shared best practices.
  • Take initiative to solve issues, even when they fall outside your immediate responsibilities.
  • Step up as a leader when opportunities arise and contribute to broader business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong interest in acquisition-focused selling and a bold approach to growth.
  • English fluency along with fluency in a Nordic language.
  • Experience selling IT solutions, recruiting tools, or HR software.
  • Comfort engaging senior stakeholders, including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development leaders.
  • Exposure to managing SaaS opportunities in CRM/Dynamics.
  • Solid negotiation ability and accurate forecasting skills.
  • Proven ability to identify, manage, and close senior-level opportunities in a competitive sales environment.
  • Capability to use data to evaluate opportunities and influence decisions.
  • Ability to handle many prospects at once while positioning products against competitors.
