About the role
This position is for a self-driven founding Account Executive based in Singapore who is enthusiastic about voice technology and its business impact. Rather than simply selling software or one-off solutions, the role focuses on partnering with organizations to help them create new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale using voice AI.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a growing pipeline of new customers across industries adopting conversational AI, supporting revenue growth.
- Spot business opportunities where conversational AI can improve engagement, automate work, or lower costs.
- Stay deeply informed about the conversational AI market, including customer needs, competing products, and new trends.
- Build confidence in, or quickly develop expertise in, conversational AI and explain how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can add value in customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and similar use cases.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of sales experience in SaaS or a technology company, preferably with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms.
- Background in selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a plus.
- A strong history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-moving environment.
- Either solid expertise in voice and audio AI or a strong desire to learn the space thoroughly.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at every level.
- A blend of customer focus and product thinking, with attention to client satisfaction and scalability.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, along with a strong understanding of business, cultural, and buying dynamics across Southeast Asia and Greater China.
- Prior experience selling into multiple Asian markets, especially Southeast Asia or ASEAN, is strongly preferred.
