Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-focused Social Media Account Executive to become part of our team. This position suits individuals who excel in dynamic agency environments, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a passion for social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily communication with clients to guarantee smooth project completion and superior client service.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, serving as the main liaison for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with in-house creative, content, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered punctually and fulfill client standards.
- Oversee daily activities of multiple client social media accounts.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across various platforms.
- Create engaging, platform-tailored captions reflecting each brand's voice.
- Manage community engagement by monitoring and responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and online discussions.
- Offer creative contributions and content ideas for monthly calendars, campaigns, and social initiatives.
- Organize meeting agendas, document client briefs, and track post-meeting action items.
- Track social media metrics and assist in generating monthly reports and presentations for clients.
- Keep updated on social media trends, platform changes, and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and client goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in social media account management or client servicing, ideally within digital, advertising, or creative agency settings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and juggle multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience servicing government or semi-government clients is highly favorable.
- Practical experience in community management and engaging audiences.
- Strong copywriting abilities, particularly in crafting social media captions.
- Capacity to contribute innovative ideas and engage in campaign brainstorming.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills alongside presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with tools for social media management, reporting, and project coordination is a plus.
- Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related discipline.
