Job description

About Doctify

Doctify is a doctor-founded global healthcare platform focused on helping patients find the right doctors and helping doctors connect with trusted peers. The company uses verified patient feedback and professional recommendations to build credibility for healthcare providers and support better decisions for patients worldwide.

Established in 2015 and supported by more than $30 million in funding, Doctify now operates in 7 countries and is working to strengthen trusted connections across the global healthcare community.

The organisation describes itself as a bold, fast-moving team leading digital change in healthcare with a strong mission and ambitious growth plans.

About the Role

Doctify is looking for a driven Account Executive (Sales) to join its commercial team and help bring in new customers as the company expands internationally. This is a high-activity, fast-paced sales position centred on transactional, high-volume selling to healthcare professionals across multiple verticals.

The role requires comfort with managing a large lead pool, maintaining frequent outreach, and consistently working toward revenue and activity goals.

Key Responsibilities

You will own the full sales journey, from first contact to closing the deal, while keeping a strong pipeline moving.

You will use high-volume outreach to increase revenue, boost engagement, and win new customers.

You will work toward daily activity targets and monthly revenue goals with support from your manager and wider team.

You will deliver concise, effective product demos and presentations adapted to each customer’s needs.

You will build strong product knowledge and develop into a credible voice within the HealthTech space.

About You

The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of sales experience in closing roles, ideally within high-volume B2B or SaaS environments. Local market knowledge or experience would be helpful, but it is not a strict requirement.

You should be a confident communicator who is comfortable with outbound calling and selling both virtually and face to face.

You need to be resilient, persistent, and able to recover quickly from rejection while staying focused on the next opportunity.

You should enjoy fast-moving environments, adapt well to change, and approach challenges with energy and determination.

Most importantly, you should believe in Doctify’s mission and want to contribute to changing healthcare for the better.

Benefits and Perks

Doctify offers a benefits package designed to support growth, flexibility, and wellbeing.

  • 28 days of annual leave, including 25 days plus 3 days between Christmas and New Year, with the opportunity to reach 30 days based on tenure
  • Two weeks of remote work each year, within a 3-hour time-zone range of headquarters
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • Choice between enhanced parental leave or Australian parental leave pay
  • Competitive compensation benchmarked to market, including base salary, superannuation, and commission
  • Three-month structured onboarding programme
  • Continuous learning through expert-led sessions, leadership insights, and soft-skill development
  • Clear internal mobility opportunities to support career progression
  • Daily team huddles to share updates, wins, and ideas
  • Regional lunch clubs and team socials organised by the Fun Police
  • Quarterly Impact Awards nominated by Doctifiers
  • Employee referral bonus of £700, or local equivalent, for each successful hire
