Role overview

Doctify is hiring an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join its commercial team with a focus on the KSA market. In this role, you will engage with private hospitals, clinics, and specialist practitioners across the region and help generate new business opportunities for the sales function.

What you'll do

  • Identify, qualify, and prospect leads to create opportunities for the sales team.
  • Use sales platforms and CRM tools, including Salesforce, to improve productivity and stay organised.
  • Work toward daily activity goals and monthly performance targets, with support from your manager and wider team.
  • Own and grow your pipeline while helping improve the overall sales funnel and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Build strong product knowledge and establish yourself as a trusted voice in the HealthTech space.

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Confidence in building relationships with healthcare professionals by phone and through written outreach.
  • At least 6 months of experience in outbound sales or in prospecting for new business; industry background is not required.
  • A self-driven, ambitious mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with phone-based outreach.
  • High resilience and the ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting well to change.
  • Genuine interest in the company mission and in helping transform healthcare.
