Role overview
In this Singapore-based Account Executive role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the PH territory. The position calls for a strong SaaS sales background, the ability to win strategic and enterprise clients, and the skill to engage senior business and technical stakeholders across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities
- Implement territory plans that help secure enterprise business, expand Freshworks’ presence in the PH market, and consistently surpass sales targets.
- Handle the end-to-end sales journey, including prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure, while maintaining reliable forecasting and strong performance on key accounts.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, uncover complex business needs, and present Freshworks as a partner that can improve ROI and support growth.
- Partner with teams across Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Product to create strong customer experiences and support ongoing improvement.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through disciplined prospecting and accurate forecasting, while representing the company in customer meetings, presentations, and industry events in Singapore.
- Help strengthen the company’s local market presence by contributing to go-to-market planning, supporting key partnerships, and helping lay the groundwork for long-term success in the PH region.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise environments, with a clear track record of exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including enterprise IT leaders and business decision-makers.
- Proven strength in prospecting, pipeline building, forecasting, and disciplined revenue execution.
- Working knowledge of solution selling for software platforms such as ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX, CRM, or customer engagement tools that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate well across functions and succeed in a matrixed organization with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required for working with regional and global teams.
Territory and work context
The role is centered on the PH territory while being based in Singapore. You will manage enterprise relationships in that market and coordinate with regional teams across Asia-Pacific on shared strategic accounts.
