Role overview

Atturra is hiring a full-time Account Executive to join its Sales & Operations function within Cloud Business Solutions. The role centres on promoting Microsoft and ServiceNow solutions across important sectors such as public sector, utilities and education.

The successful person will bring a solid background in stakeholder management and a proven ability to expand both new and existing customer relationships. A genuine interest in modern technology and helping clients transform their operations is essential.

This opportunity is particularly focused on growth in New South Wales and Western Australia during FY25, with strong emphasis on public sector and utilities. Candidates should have a demonstrated history of selling services into these industries or similar markets, along with a practical understanding of Microsoft and ServiceNow cloud and AI offerings.

The role requires confidence in speaking to varied audiences, strong presentation ability, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Key performance areas

  • Building account plans and preparing monthly performance reports
  • Winning new business and growing revenue from existing relationships
  • Taking part in regular sales discussions and broader sales planning
  • Representing the organisation at internal, customer, industry, partner and company events

What will help you succeed

You will do well in this position if you are commercially driven, able to manage relationships while still focusing on revenue growth, and comfortable engaging with both technical and business audiences.

Required experience and capability

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to present clearly
  • Experience with Microsoft and ServiceNow products and solutions
  • At least five years of experience in a comparable sales role
  • Background in selling professional services
  • Understanding of complex commercial arrangements and deal structures
  • Proven record of achieving new business targets and KPIs consistently
  • Experience in proposal and capture management across IT and/or commercial/public sector opportunities
  • Ability to shape and lead competitive procurement activity, including tenders, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and panel contracts
  • Knowledge of government procurement and public sector contracting models
  • Self-driven attitude with strong urgency and follow-through
