Role Overview
This position is for a highly driven founding Account Executive based in Singapore or Taiwan who is enthusiastic about voice technology and its business impact. Rather than simply selling software or custom solutions, the role focuses on partnering with organizations to create new experiences and unlock monetization at scale through voice technology.
What You Will Do
Grow and manage a pipeline of new accounts across multiple industries adopting conversational AI, helping the company achieve revenue targets.
Spot business opportunities where conversational AI can improve engagement, increase automation, or reduce costs.
Stay well informed about the conversational AI market, including customer needs, competing products, and new developments.
Show strong knowledge, or a clear desire to build it, around conversational AI and how voice technology can create value in customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and related use cases.
Requirements
7 to 10 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, preferably with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms.
Background selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is an advantage.
Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales goals in a fast-moving environment.
Either strong expertise in voice and audio AI or a willingness to become deeply knowledgeable about it and how it supports prospects.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A mix of customer-focused and product-minded thinking, with attention to client satisfaction and scalability.
Fluency in English and Chinese, plus a strong understanding of business, cultural, and buying differences across Southeast Asia and Greater China.
Experience selling across multiple Asian markets, especially Mandarin-speaking regions, is strongly preferred.
