Job description
About Superchat
Superchat is revolutionizing business communication by replacing traditional methods such as phone calls, contact forms, and support tickets with messaging and AI-driven platforms. Since its founding in 2020, it has become the preferred solution for over 10,000 companies globally, including renowned brands like Allianz, Auto1, Enpal, Danone, and GASAG, as well as small enterprises and solo entrepreneurs seeking a professional image. Millions of messages pass through Superchat daily.
The company initially focused on creating a unified inbox for various customer communication channels, including WhatsApp, email, SMS, and Instagram. The launch of ChatGPT led to the integration of AI agents capable of responding via chat, email, and voice, matching the quality of top human teams.
Superchat is a profitable, 100-employee company based in Berlin, with €18 million raised in funding four and a half years ago and currently sustaining growth independently.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with comprehensive knowledge of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Displays confidence in independently managing conversations without arrogance.

- Resilient, sustaining high activity levels despite setbacks or losses.
- Quickly grasps technical product details and clearly explains them to customers.
- Organized with meticulous pipeline management and reliable CRM documentation.

- Poor written communication skills affecting professionalism.
- Joining solely for monetary gain without genuine passion for selling.
Why Work With Us
- The role involves working from the Berlin office at least three days weekly to foster collaboration, faster decision-making, and stronger team dynamics.
