- Work with partners, channels, and alliances to uncover and convert new business opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive product demos, sales presentations, and executive briefings for prospects and customers.
- Keep sales forecasts current and manage the pipeline with discipline and accuracy.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to customers facing cybersecurity training and workforce development challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support adoption and long-term customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training.
- At least 3 years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions within the UAE.
- Consistent history of exceeding targets, especially in strategic account growth and large enterprise deals.
- Ability to sell to major enterprises and government organizations while handling complex procurement processes.
- Experience closing enterprise deals worth six figures in SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training.
- Working knowledge of solution-selling frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, CoM, or Win by Design.
- Strong background in partner-led and channel-based sales, with the ability to use alliances to grow revenue faster.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Self-driven approach with the ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles independently.
- Strong pipeline creation and deal execution capabilities.
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and resilient mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a consultative selling style.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Perks
- Remote-first working model with home-office flexibility.
- Opportunity to sell a distinct solution in a fast-growing cybersecurity training market.
- Competitive compensation structure with performance-based incentives.
- Career growth opportunities within a mission-driven organization.
- Chance to contribute to closing the cybersecurity skills gap for organizations and governments.
