Job description
About the Company
The company is building a collaborative AI workspace designed to bring knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools into a single environment. The aim is to help teams work with greater speed, clarity, and less fragmentation. Its platform is used by individuals, small businesses, and large enterprises alike.
Employees are encouraged to act as the company’s first users, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, durable product thinking, and the belief that meaningful work remains human at its core. The mission is not simply to launch features, but to define how people collaborate in the AI era and give customers more time for their most important work.
About the Role
This Dublin-based position is for an Account Executive focused on the Commercial/SMB segment. The role requires a full-cycle sales professional who can create new business, expand existing accounts, and move opportunities from initial outreach through closing. The ideal person works with urgency, brings a strong outbound approach, and can manage both technical and business conversations with confidence.
You will engage with senior stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, Vice Presidents of Product, and Vice Presidents of Engineering. A strong understanding of technical use cases is important, including APIs, data, developer tooling, infrastructure, and AI or agentic workflows.
What You Will Do
- Take a proactive, outbound-led approach to building new pipeline and generating momentum in target accounts.
- Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting and discovery to solution alignment, demonstrations, negotiation, and closure.
- Lead effective discovery conversations that uncover business goals and technical needs, then translate those findings into a clear value story.
- Present live demos and adapt storytelling to help prospects evaluate the product, including light solution design where needed, such as workspace setup, permissions, rollout planning, and integrations.
- Work through commercial-stage review steps such as security, legal, and procurement with help from internal teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and execute consistently at high speed to achieve or exceed quota.
- Collaborate with Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams to relay customer insights and help shape the business.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of closing experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role, or in a closely related role with direct closing exposure, along with reliable quota attainment.
- Background selling to, or working closely with, technical decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, or VP Product, with the ability to connect product features to workflow and ROI outcomes.
- Strong outbound discipline, creative pipeline generation, and proven ability to handle discovery, demos, and closing.
- Ability to manage multi-threaded deals and influence stakeholders across complex customer organizations.
- Fast learner with the curiosity and pace to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them clearly.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve personal productivity and familiarity with modern AI-enabled ways of working.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Comfort with ambiguity and prior experience selling in the MEDIT market, with the ability to help refine the commercial motion and build repeatable processes.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to usage-based or consumption-based pricing models.
- Previous experience with developer tools, APIs, data, infrastructure, or AI products.
- Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup.
- Fluency in Spanish.
Compensation
The estimated total on-target earnings for this role are €130,000 per year, combining base pay and incentive compensation. Actual compensation may vary depending on location, role scope, complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise. The employer also states that its compensation package includes cash pay, equity, and benefits.
Application and Privacy
Submitting an application means the candidate agrees that the employer and its affiliates may collect and process personal information in line with the company’s global recruiting privacy policy.
AI Mindset
The organization expects employees to be curious, experimental, and comfortable using AI as a practical partner in their work. Deep AI expertise is not required for every role, but the company values people who use AI to think better and make their work easier for others to build upon. For some positions, AI fluency may be specifically required, and that will be called out in the qualifications.
Equal Opportunity and Accommodations
The employer is an equal opportunity organization and considers applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every requirement. Hiring decisions are made without discrimination based on legally protected characteristics, and qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records may be considered where permitted by law.
Reasonable accommodations are available during the hiring process for applicants who need them, including individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans. Candidates who require assistance should inform their recruiter.
