Based in downtown Phoenix, the company is guided by a culture of passion, creativity, innovation, and care, with a focus on delivering memorable experiences for fans, partners, and the wider community.

This role is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced, motivated business development professional to support ticket sales across the Player 15 Group portfolio and contribute to broader departmental initiatives.

What you will do

  • Drive season ticket and membership revenue through proactive outreach across all Player 15 Group properties using calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual targets, along with required sales activity benchmarks.
  • Develop customized membership packages and experience offerings that fit client goals and support long-term retention.
  • Source new business through lead generation, referrals, networking events, and market analysis.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and document activity accurately in internal tools such as CRM platforms.
  • Attend games and events to welcome clients, deepen relationships, and uncover upsell and referral opportunities.
  • Assist with department-wide projects that improve membership strategy and encourage innovation.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Skills and experience

  • Self-starter who is cooperative, coachable, and motivated to contribute to both individual and team success.
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Comfort using cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and hosting clients at events.
  • Excellent organization and the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines at once.
  • Working knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
  • Genuine interest in building a long-term career in sports ticket sales and service.

Education and work requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience is preferred, ideally in ticket sales, B2B sales, fundraising, or hospitality sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Must be available to work non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work environment

The team values an in-person, collaborative, people-first culture where employees are encouraged to take ownership, show initiative, and bring a strong “I’ll do it” attitude in support of colleagues and fans. The workplace is designed to be engaging, supportive, and growth-oriented.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage options.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, volunteer time, and company holidays.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching.
  • Year-round team experiences such as offsites, catered lunches, coffee stands, ice cream trucks, and more.
  • Team merchandise and employee discounts at the Team Shop and online store.
  • Complimentary tickets to Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, and Valley Suns games, plus select local sporting events and concerts when available.
  • Access to on-site amenities including a fitness center with locker rooms and showers, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, a pickleball court, a golf simulator, a putting green, an on-site cafeteria, and collaborative common areas.
