Role Overview
We seek a Senior Account Executive passionate about assisting founders and business owners in making informed choices. This consultative sales position involves engaging with inbound leads, understanding their requirements, advising on optimal solutions, and converting prospects into clients. The role is aligned with driving Sleek Australia's expansion by delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads into new customers and sales opportunities.
- Engage in consultative conversations with entrepreneurs to grasp their objectives, challenges, and needs, presenting appropriate Sleek services.
- Develop deep knowledge of Sleek’s offerings and the Australian business environment for effective advisory.
- Provide a professional, responsive, and consultative engagement to every lead.
- Own the sales process from initial contact to deal closure with urgency and accountability.
- Maintain up-to-date records and pipelines in HubSpot for accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the Australia Sales Team to exchange insights, best practices, and customer feedback.
- Contribute to enhancing sales workflows, customer experience, and conversion metrics.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini to prepare for client discussions, improve lead qualification, generate actionable insights, and boost sales efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience ideally in B2B services, SaaS, professional or financial services, fintech, or consultative sales.
- Proven track record managing inbound leads and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, discovery, and relationship management abilities.
- Capability to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Comfort using artificial intelligence applications to augment sales processes.
- Self-driven and adaptable to a fast-evolving workplace.
- Based in Australia and authorized to work there.
