About the Role

The Global Products sales team is expanding, and this role offers a distinctive opportunity for an ambitious Account Executive who can handle both a fast-moving sales motion and a more strategic selling process in the Singapore market.

This position will help position Rippling as a leading name across APAC, while partnering closely with sales and cross-functional leaders to shape and execute the company’s go-to-market approach. It is a high-energy role built to sharpen sales expertise and support rapid career progression. Please note that this is a hybrid position based in Singapore.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the complete sales process as the subject-matter expert for Rippling’s global product capabilities for organisations headquartered in Singapore.
  • Drive outbound prospecting by building and executing territory plans together with the SDR team to create new opportunities.
  • Win new business and consistently meet or exceed quota.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce to support revenue forecasting.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven background selling to customers in Singapore and across South East Asia.
  • At least 4 years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience in SaaS B2B sales.
  • Hands-on exposure to HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll solutions.
  • A track record of top-tier performance, ideally within the top 10% of the sales organisation.
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing environment with strong growth and constant evolution.
